On 15 September, ARR is organising a group tour to visit residential developments currently under construction in Lisbon and Cascais. This is a new format for Portugal, though it is common in some countries as an “open house tour” or “inspection trip”.
As part of the initial trip, a group of 10 prospective buyers will view 4 new-build developments – LCD Campo Novo and NoLiPa in Lisbon, with prices starting at €450K for T1, €620K for T2, €700K for T3 and apartments Juzzo Apartments and The Park Residences in Cascais with prices for a T1 from €600K, a T2 from €750K, a T3 from €1M.
Two accompanying estate agents organise communication with developers and show you around the construction site and showrooms. In the display apartments, you will be able to familiarise yourself with the finishing materials. The duration of the tour is 4.5 hours. The tours are planned to be held monthly, not limiting themselves just to the Cascais line, but also covering construction sites on the south bank of the Tagus.
