Renting an apartment in Lisbon is easy with us!

The minimum long-term rental period in Portugal is 1 year. You can move out under such a contract after 8 months (live through 1/3 of the term, then give 4 months' notice of termination).
Utility contracts (electricity, water, gas and internet) are set up by the tenant in their own name
To enter into a long-term tenancy agreement, you must have a NIF (Portuguese tax number). All contracts must be registered with the tax authorities.
The minimum prepayment is 2 rental payments plus a deposit.
Landlords require proof of tenants' financial standing: the previous year's tax return and a bank statement showing the crediting of the last 3-6 salaries.
A tenant in Portugal can claim rental expenses on their IRS 15% tax return, usually up to 700 euros per year.
