The first object is \u2013 <\/span>T1<\/span> in the centre of Cascais for \u20ac1,200. Fantastic location \u2013 a 25-minute walk to Cascais beach and a 10-minute drive to Guincho beach. Although the flat does not come with a garage, there are no issues with parking here. The building is high-rise and on the seafront, but there is no concrete jungle feel here thanks to the greenery and cacti. <\/span><\/p>\n

A 60-square-metre flat with two bathrooms, the first being a guest cloakroom at the entrance. Further on, we have a bedroom with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, partially furnished, sunny with a magnificent view of Cascais and the sea. Adjoining the bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.<\/span><\/p>\n

The living room also offers a sea view, is quite spacious, and houses our open-plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The living room is furnished, and everything is in very good condition. The highlight of this property is the rooftop pool.
