And we'll show three properties again, but with a short introduction first. The client asked to look for a 1-bed, but we looked at 2-beds as well, since there are some interesting options in our price range with an extra bedroom.
1-bedroom flat in Cascais for €1,200
The first object is – T1 in the centre of Cascais for €1,200. Fantastic location – a 25-minute walk to Cascais beach and a 10-minute drive to Guincho beach. Although the flat does not come with a garage, there are no issues with parking here. The building is high-rise and on the seafront, but there is no concrete jungle feel here thanks to the greenery and cacti.
A 60-square-metre flat with two bathrooms, the first being a guest cloakroom at the entrance. Further on, we have a bedroom with air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, partially furnished, sunny with a magnificent view of Cascais and the sea. Adjoining the bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The living room also offers a sea view, is quite spacious, and houses our open-plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The living room is furnished, and everything is in very good condition. The highlight of this property is the rooftop pool. An amazing and impressive spot, a killer feature that makes all other apartments pale in comparison.

Second property - T1 in Cascais for €1600, negotiable.
Also a fantastic location, a five-minute walk from the promenade with cycling and walking paths overlooking the sea. Also a five-minute walk to the Lidl and Spar supermarkets, and 14 to the Cascais school.
The flat is large for a 1-bedroom – 119 square metres – and is on the second floor with a lift. The bedroom is on the corner and sunny, and the area is quiet. There is heating. In the bathroom, there is a shower enclosure and a washing machine. The living room is also heated, plus we have a real fireplace here; the room is also on the sunny side. The kitchen has modern appliances, everything is brand new and clean, and it also has a radiator and windows facing the courtyard. Beyond the houses, there is the sea.
Downstairs we have a garage, which was important for this client. The area is excellent.
1-bedroom apartment in Estoril for €1,100
And third property – T2 in Estoril, for €1,200, immediately bargained down to €1,100. Superb location in Monte Estoril, a 10-minute walk to the gorgeous Tamariz beach. Around the corner are the Salesianos school and St. Antonio International School, as well as a theatre and music school.
This is not a very large flat with an area of 77 square metres, converted from a one-bedroom (T1), but fully renovated. The flat is unfurnished, but the bedroom has a fitted wardrobe. The first bathroom is at the entrance, with a corner shower cubicle. Everything is bright white and gleaming. The second bathroom is en suite to the bedroom, behind a shared door. This shower is large and has a window.
The large living room is combined with the kitchen, which has a washing machine and dishwasher. It might not be the best flat, but the price is really nice. And the building has a communal roof terrace with a sea view; it hasn't been renovated yet, but you can go out there to sunbathe.
